........not bad... but look at the study below that puts us after some of the Arab states..... ...Global Innovation Index GII 2007 Study by The World Business site and INSEAD's Professor Soumitra Dutta places the United Arab Emirates in 14th place, with Israel 18th in the world and Kuwait ranked 30th.
